Quick Black Bean Salsa Tacos

If you are looking for a quick and easy dinner that is sure to satisfy, try this taco recipe. Here's what you will need:

  • 1 Can Bush's Black Beans (rinse well)
  • 1 16 oz. Jar Organic Salsa
  • 1 Cup Sweet White Corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 Cup Onion (chopped)

Stir all ingredients together and cooked in pan on top of stove till heated thoroughly, or bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes.

For toppings, chop one fresh tomato, black olives, and spinach or lettuce of your choice. Warm taco shells in oven for about 5 minutes. Scoop warm mixture into taco shells and add toppings of choice. You can also sprinkle with nutritional yeast to give it a cheese flavor. Fast and yummy!
